SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning item/s. Please ensure the item/s are returned via a traceable shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only if the product has been deemed faulty or damaged prior to the customer receiving the product.

RETURNS

We offer returns on goods up to 30 Days from the date the items were delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and you must have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase from walkntalk.com.au. The Return Policy applies to online purchases only and is not available for in-store purchases.

Extended Returns: At Walkntalk we understand that you may buy Xmas gifts more than 30 Days out from Xmas, which is why we offer extended returns over the Xmas period. Any purchases made between Nov 1st-Dec 25th have up until Jan 25th to return the items in the original, unused condition. Extended returns apply only to purchases made through walkntalk.com.au.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and you will be notified that we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you of your refund status after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your refund. Depending on your card issuer's policies you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
