Can this power bank charge my device?
If your phone has either Lightning or USB-C ports, this power bank will be fully compatible. This power bank has a maximum output of 20W so will not charge laptops.
Is there a Micro USB cable built in?
This power bank does not have a Micro USB cable built-in. For charging older devices with Micro USB input, you will require a separate Micro USB cable (not included).
Do you need an external cable to charge this power bank?
You don’t need any extra cables to recharge this power bank. There are built in USB-A and USB-C cables so you can recharge from any USB power source. If you want to recharge with a separate cable, you can also connect to the USB-C port.
What is that strange-looking cable between the built-in Lightning and USB-C cables?
This power bank has a built-in slimline USB-A cable that you can use to recharge this power bank from any traditional USB power source – such as a wall charger or car charger.
