Fantastic product
I bought one of these 4 years ago. I have used it every day as my phone battery runs out daily when I am working. Love the slimline lightweight design. It broke so I immediately replaced with the same model. It is annoying however that an essential phone charging cord to its operation is not included and has to be purchased separately. It should come with the device not inconvenience the customer when they find it is not there.
